Webinar cycle | Urban Rivers

 

The Ibero-American network RUN | Naturalized Urban Rivers, funded by the Programa Iberoamericano de Ciencia y Tecnología para el Desarrollo, with 15 partners from eight different European and South American countries will host a webinar series on URBAN RIVERS.

The series of webinars aim to discuss the issues of urban development, the involvement of local communities and the regeneration of rivers under the pressure of urbanization, bringing the latest methodologies developed in research and university extension projects and examples of good practices.

The webinars will take place throughout 2023, monthly, on the second Monday of each month, from 5PM to 6:30PM (Lisbon time) via zoom. Each session will be organized by one of the RUN project partners. The time schedule, depending on the organising country and respective time zone, are subject of changes. The webinars will be in Spanish or in Portuguese.

Participation is open to all (advanced registration is not required). The webinars will be shared through the Zoom platform and livestreamed on YouTube.
